Last month, the luxury hotel, Villa Rosa Kempinski hosted a grand party in celebration of Kempinski hotel’s 120th anniversary.
The celebrations included “Ignite the Night,” – the switching on of lights to illuminate a special 120-year commemorative artwork titled, Cycle of Light, by artist David Thuku. The lighting of the artwork will become a daily ritual till December. Created in 1897, Kempinski Hotels is Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group.
